Colorful Chow mein

I love noodles, however they're cooked. Here's a very common recipe that Filipinos totally love. There are many variations of this dish. Whenever I cook this, I don't always use the same ingredients.

Ingredients:
 250 grams chicken liver, cubed
250 grams pork, cubed
250 grams egg noodles
100 grams squid ball, halved
1 cup Baguio beans, sliced thinly
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup shredded cabbage
4 tbsp. oyster sauce
4 tbsp cooking oil
8 cloves garlic, minced
5 cups water
salt
ground pepper
oil

Procedure:
1. Heat oil in the pan. Put the minced garlic.
2. When the garlic has turned brown, put the pork, liver and squid balls. Saute.
3. When the pork has turned brown, pour water and bring to a boil.
4. Put the noodles and simmer over medium fire.
5. When the noodles are almost cooked put the carrots and beans. If the noodles absorb too much water, add more. Stir.
6. After 2 minutes add the shredded cabbage and the oyster sauce. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
